“I signed up with YQL to improve my body composition to feel more confident, learn more about nutrition, improve my athletic performance, and build strength to improve my lifts for Kettlebell sports competitions. I was training extremely hard but wasn't noticing any results within my body composition, was having a difficult time building muscle, had tried all the FAD diets (Keto, intermittent fasting, Whole 30), and wasn't having any success.
When I started I began to notice immediate results on the scale, in my measurements, and in my photos. Not once during my body recomposition phase did I feel restricted to what I could eat, nor was I ever hungry! My confidence, which has been a shift in mindset which is a continual process, increased making me feel absolutely amazing on my wedding day!
