So much of preconception care gets overlooked—understanding your unique menstrual cycle, learning how to time intercourse properly, optimizing nutrition and lifestyle habits, and using supplements appropriately.

Robyn and Megan are Registered Nurses and Certified Nutrition Coaches at YQL Nutrition. We have both navigated our own fertility challenges, and each of us experienced meaningful improvements through the same nutrition and lifestyle strategies we now use with our clients. These experiences fuel our passion for women’s health and for helping women feel informed, confident, and empowered in their bodies through every stage of life.

Meet Megan
Megan Reger is the Head Assistant Coach at YQL Nutrition. She is a Registered Nurse in Labour and Delivery, a Nutrition Coach specializing in women’s fertility, and a mom to two beautiful boys.
Megan’s own journey included fertility challenges related to hypothalamic amenorrhea—something she was able to overcome with targeted nutrition and lifestyle changes, alongside guidance from her OB-GYN. This experience reshaped her health and ignited her passion for supporting women through their own fertility journeys.
She believes that understanding your menstrual cycle is one of the most empowering tools you can have—it’s your body’s monthly report card, and learning to interpret it provides valuable insight into your hormones, health, and fertility potential. She also knows firsthand how emotional this journey can be and how much it means to have someone in your corner who truly understands the highs, lows, and uncertainties of this process.
Through coaching, Megan brings a compassionate, science-based approach to conception—helping you better understand your body, feel supported, and confidently navigate your fertility journey.
