We STRONGLY believe habits are the FIRST STEP for any lasting transformation. How much time will this take?We ask that you are accountable each day for your habits - this will require ONE entry in the community per day - 5 minutes MAX. The time spent on your daily habits will vary, but the time you get BACK from this investment will be worth it!

"So I went into this program with a goal of Fat Loss but I gained so much more! I did have a history of macros and food tracking but I always seemed to give up and fall short of my goals. Normally I would do well to a month and have a few days off track and not be able to get back on it so to speak. So I went into this program to figure out what I needed to do to correct this!
This method of eating has my body feeling so much happier, of course, I can still indulge but I don't have that sluggish-heavy feeling. This program had me do a 360 on how I viewed the scale and calories! Mentally I can easily take that information and look at my trends and be like yup that's where I should be! It makes sense now! I started the program at 149lbs and this morning I was 143.2!
