Meet Your Coaches!

Robyn and Megan are coaches at YQL Nutrition and have both experienced personal challenges with menstrual cycles and fertility that have been positively impacted by the same nutrition and lifestyle changes we use with our clients. This has prompted us to create a program designed specifically for women with the goal to understand their hormones, menstrual cycle, and set a strong foundation for fertility.

We are both Certified Nutrition Coaches and Registered Nurses. Between the two of us, we hold the following certifications

  • Is the Challenge for Beginners?
    The challenge is for both nutrition "beginners" or individuals who have their alot of nutrition knowledge and are looking for a supportive community in pursuit of a common goal. We have provided you with 4 core habits to focus on and you get to pick an additional self care habit that is meaningful to you ... the goal is consistency over perfection and building sustainable habits that support fat loss and maintaining a healthy body composition and lifestyle! You will have a ton of support and coaching in the group - so if you are a beginner you will have a lot of direction along the way!
  • Will I be given a Meal Plan?
    No meal plans or macro targets are given for this challenge. But if you join the Fat Loss Bundle, you WILL be given these in the Nourish-U Program!
  • Do I have to Track Macros?
    For the Habit Challenge you do NOT have to track macros unless you choose to as part of your protein goal (there is a tracked and untracked option for this). For the Nourish-U Program , you WILL receive personalized nutrition targets as apart of the program and we use tracking as a tool for this!
  • Do you use Facebook for the Challenge?
    We do not! We know a lot of people are setting social media boundaries, so we are using a different community platform that is super user friendly called Kajabi Communities!
  • What Results Can I Expect?
    The habit challenge's primary goal is for you to establish CONSISTENCY with your habits as a catalyst to your goals! We STRONGLY believe habits are the FIRST STEP for any lasting transformation. We have had clients experience wins such as weight loss, improved sleep, more energy, enhanced relationship with food and self, stress management, improved mood/sense of wellbeing... and SO MUCH MORE *Individual results vary . In the Nourish-U Program, clients on average lose 8-15lbs in 8 weeks in addition to the many wins described as part of the Habit Challenge! These two programs are stepping stones to the other - Step 1 - Habit Challenge, where you create sustainable habits for longterm fat loss -Step 2 - Nourish-U, where you receive individualized targets to take your fat loss results to the next level!
  • How much time will this take?
    We ask that you are accountable in the group each day for your habits - this will require ONE entry in the community per day - 5 minutes MAX. The time spent on your daily habits will vary, but the time you get BACK from this investment will be worth it!
  • What if my goal is NOT fat loss?
    You are still welcome to join! While these habits support fat loss, they also support other health goals such as more energy, muscle building, enhanced performance in the gym and sport! If you choose the Bundle with Nourish-U, your custom targets will be based on your GOAL - all goals are welcome in this program!
  • Are these programs for women only?
    No, men are welcome to join the Challenge and Nourish-U as well! Targets in Nourish U are custom to your goal, activity level, and individuals stats (gender, height, etc)
