A few days prior to completing the 8 week NourishU Program i got my positive pregnancy test! Postpartum I wanted to lose fat and build back the muscle that I lost during pregnancy. I am a breastfeeding mama so maintaining my milk supply for my son was very important to me. Four months into 1-1 coaching and I am below my pre pregnancy weight! But I am more proud that my milk supply didn’t alter, that I have hit lifetime PR goals in the gym, and my hunger and cravings are manageable!"
