  • Is the Challenge for Beginners?
    The challenge can be as beginner or advanced as you want it to be! We have provided you with 3 core habits to focus on and you get to pick an additional 2 that are meaningful to you... which also means you get to choose how "hard" it is!
  • Will I be given a Meal Plan?
    No meal plans or macro targets are given for this challenge.
  • Do I have to Track Macros?
    NOPE... we are focusing on habit formation only for this challenge, so unless you CHOOSE macro tracking as one of your habits, there are no macros for this challenge! *** please note if you do choose macro tracking, you will not be given custom macros unless you upgrade for this!
  • Do you use Facebook for the Challenge?
    We do not! We know a lot of people are setting social media boundaries, so we are using a different community platform that is super user friendly called Kajabi Communities!
  • What Results Can I Expect?
    The habit challenge's primary goal is for you to establish CONSISTENCY with your habits as a catalyst to your goals! We STRONGLY believe habits are the FIRST STEP for any lasting transformation. We have had clients experience wins such as weight loss, improved sleep, more energy, enhanced relationship with food and self, stress management, improved mood/sense of wellbeing... and SO MUCH MORE Individual results vary and will be based on the habits you choose to focus on!
  • How much time will this take?
    We ask that you are accountable each day for your habits - this will require ONE entry in the community per day - 5 minutes MAX. The time spent on your daily habits will vary, but the time you get BACK from this investment will be worth it!
